Bethany Christian Care owns and operates two aged care facilities on Brisbane's southside - at Eight Mile Plains and Manly West.
We have a number of opportunities for Domestic staff (catering/ cleaning/ laundry) across our Facilities.
The successful applicants will have strong customer service skills and be able to build rapport with our independent and aged care residents.
The positions would ideally suit a practising Christian – someone who can engender an atmosphere of love and care in the Facility, and outwork our Christian philosophy.
We offer above-Award wages/ conditions, which can be boosted by "Salary Packaging" (which allows up to $15,899 of your salary – or more if you avail yourself of a Meals/Entertainment Card and other "packaging" avenues such as holiday accommodation expenses – to be paid completely tax-free).
We are also currently offering a $2000 retention bonus!
